Clive Standen reprises his role as the voice of Demetrius Titus, the main character in the Space Marine 2 video game. The episode is set after the events of the game. Featured in the Film Junk podcast: Episode 973: Carry-On (2024). The animation is beautiful, that’s for sure. However, I struggle to get excited about such short episodes. They feel like apprenticeships. I can’t get completely enthralled because you know it’s over before you’ve even managed to connect with the characters. It was nice to see some celebrity involvement. Reeves and Arnie both play enjoyable parts. It’s all a bit too experimental and lacking in depth for me. Also, if I had been given a choice of source material, I think I would have chosen a completely different set of games to worship. The Pacman episode was okay. But it was a demonstration of artistic license being taken to the absolute limit. It made me laugh, at least. Overall, I found the entire series a bit disappointing. 6 for graphics.
